In the test, washing the car 10 times is equivalent to washing the car 50 to 100 times in real life. After 10 such car wash tests, the remaining gloss of ordinary paint is only 35%, while the remaining gloss of nano-paint is still above 70%, and there are basically no scratches.
Adding special alumina coatings can increase wear resistance, help flow in powder coatings, and improve powder application rate.
