Medicinal adsorption alumina is a kind of alumina with special structure produced by special process. It is non-toxic, tasteless, odorless and white fine sand. It has the characteristics of high chemical purity, strong adsorption performance, fast solution permeation rate, good decolorization effect, easy regeneration and long service life. It has strong water absorption in the air, invariance after water absorption, recovery after drying at 110°C, and is insoluble in water and organic solvents, soluble in strong acid and alkali solution at high temperature.
Medicinal adsorption alumina is specially developed and produced for the production process of antibiotics decolorization delicate special alumina. At present, it is mainly used in the production of cefazolin sodium, cefazolin sodium, cefradine, cefodipine and other antibiotics, as well as traditional Chinese medicine flavonoids, notoginseng saponins and other production processes for decolorization and chromatography. In the decolorization effect, regeneration ability, service life, through rate and other imported products under the same conditions, the results are compared, the performance is the same, in individual indicators, decolorization effect is better than imported products. In addition, it is also widely used in chromatography and drying processes.
